Fee scale

This Fee Scale details our fees for our immigration and asylum advice.

Should there be an immigration and asylum application not listed within this fee structure please call and ask to speak to the Supervising Caseworker who will provide an agreed fee.

Fees may be paid by cash, money order, or bank transfer. Payment is expected before we begin work on your case.

The fees quoted below do not include VAT and disbursements.  See below for further clarification. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The fees listed here are a basic guide for our immigration and asylum advice services. Of course, every case is different, and before we begin any work, you will be told precisely how your unique case will be billed.

If you opt for the one-off initial consultation, this fee will be discounted from your agreed total fee should you decide to proceed to a full application.

Should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your case, we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £30. 

Disbursements

These are additional costs which may be incurred progressing the case, for example:

• Translation and interpreter fees
  
• Life in the UK test fees
  
• English language test fees
  
• Medical reports and DNA testing
  
• Expert country reports
  

These costs are not included in our professional fees and are not necessary in every case. You will be notified at the beginning of your case if any relevant disbursements are anticipated.
